We get lots of emails from customers asking where they can try on our collection.  As a result, we have created a very special, at work, home or in our studio Concierge Service that gives you the privacy and ease of trying on the styles you want without having to order online. 

How it Works

Select your favourite styles from our website and simply email us on studio@libbylondon.com or call us on 020 870 0620, to book an appointment slot. We will bring the selection of your choice - up to 8 items, along with different sizes (and a few wild cards for good measure!) to your office or home at a time that suits you.  We give you a full hour to try things on, and anything you love you can purchase on our mobile card payment machine.

Cost of the Concierge service

We charge £15 for the service.

Step by step guide to our Trying on Service 

Step 1

Choose up to 8 items from our website to try on. If you would like to try more than 8 items please purchase two vouchers.

Step 2

Choose where you would like your Concierge appointment to take place. We can come to you at home or to your office as long as it is within our catchment area (see the map on the product page) or you are welcome to come into our studio in Putney.

Step 3

Contact us via our email at studio@libbylondon.com to make an appointment, 10am – 5 pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays, you must make this appointment at least 3 working days in advance.

Step 4

We will hand deliver to you and wait while you try things on

Step 5

We will take card payment for anything you love and collect anything that is not for you

About the Service

The VIP service is available Monday - Friday between 10am and 5pm, and you are free to book any time within those hours that works best for you. The whole service is extremely discreet, and a member of our team will deliver, wait and finalise payment for any items you choose to keep. We are a small but growing company so for now you must work in Central London to use this service. The map below shows the area the Concierge service covers. If you are unsure whether we cover your location, please contact our Customer Services team who will advise you.
